WordPress and Research

It is strange. But it's a fact: it is not easy to find research papers or dissertations about WordPress via search engines such as Google or Duckduckgo.

The robots return tutorials, manuals, howtos and similar. Not critical dissertations.

Blogging and social media is the subject of many research articles. Perhaps WordPress is considered a tool among other tools for bloggers.

However some strategies should be possible:

• ethnographical: live among the WordPress people.
• phenomenology: look unbiased at the thing
• Bakhtin, Barthes, Bloom, Popper
